Data minimization and operational transparency.
Last updated: 2026-05-06
Vectyl LLC operates exclusively as an enterprise Business-to-Business (B2B) spatial compute provider. We do not engage in consumer data brokering, and we do not monetize user information.
1. Data Collection and Minimization
We collect only the minimum data required to facilitate enterprise operations and secure the compute environment. This includes:
- Operational Contact Data: Names, corporate email addresses, and billing information required for account provisioning and enterprise communication.
- Telemetry and Diagnostic Data: Non-identifiable interaction data utilized strictly to optimize engine speed, monitor system health, and calculate volume-based licensing metrics.
2. Handling of Client Spatial Data
The DNO files, topography layers, and proprietary infrastructure data uploaded into the Vectyl engine by the Client are classified as Client IP. Vectyl acts solely as a data processor for this information. We do not claim ownership of your base maps, and we do not share your infrastructure models with third parties.
3. International Data Transfers
Vectyl LLC is a United States-registered entity operating globally. While client spatial data is processed in localized regions (such as the UK) per enterprise agreements, basic operational contact data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By utilizing our services, you consent to this standard B2B operational transfer.
4. Your Rights Under GDPR & UK DPA
For our European and UK clients, you maintain full rights regarding your operational data. You reserve the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal contact data stored within our billing and operational systems.
5. Contact
To execute a data deletion request or inquire about our data processing agreements (DPA), please contact the enterprise operations team at [email protected].
