Security Architecture

Zero-trust infrastructure for zero-tolerance deployments.

Last updated: 2026-05-06

Vectyl is deployed into environments where national infrastructure, grid capacity, and proprietary utility data are processed. Our security posture is not a compliance afterthought; it is the foundation of our compute layer.

Zero-Trust Environment

We operate on a strict zero-trust architecture. Identity verification is required for every user, device, and application attempting to access the Vectyl engine, regardless of origin.

Forward-Deployed Isolation

We do not pool enterprise data into a vulnerable central monolith. Vectyl utilizes forward-deployed, isolated compute environments (e.g., client.vectyl.ai). Your DNO data, constraint models, and capacity simulations remain logically separated and inaccessible to any other tenant.

Encryption Standards

All client data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. All data in transit is secured via TLS 1.2+ protocols, ensuring mathematical models cannot be intercepted between our servers and your deployment teams.

Data Sovereignty & Localization

We understand the compliance requirements of UK and European infrastructure operators. Vectyl cloud compute nodes are strategically localized. For UK deployments, data processing occurs entirely within localized UK/EU server regions, maintaining strict adherence to data sovereignty mandates.

Continuous Monitoring

The engine environment is monitored continuously for anomalous access patterns, unauthorized data extraction attempts, and brute-force incursions.
